Phase 1: Assessment Phase – Purpose is to gain clarity on realities and objectives
- Set Initial Objectives – Personal, business and financial objectives are set
- Understand the insight of what Business Owners see as Best and Worst Case Scenarios brings clarity to objectives and concerns.
- Establish review of initial objectives, obstacles, and opportunities report (See our process – Objectives, Obstacles and Opportunities report)
Phase 2 - Educational Phase – This stage in the process reviews the planning opportunities that may have merit. Receiving feedback from clients helps us provide better insight to the planning options that may be beneficial. This step avoids the trap of recommendations and solutions before problems are understood.
Phase 3 - Advisory Team Meeting – Play role as facilitator to help clients:
- Review deliverable of 3 report (Objectives, Obstacles, and Opportunities) to gain insight and advice from advisory team members
- Prepare blueprint of actions steps to help prepare a path for planning
- Action Steps and communication expectations
- Responsible party
- Timeline for completion
